The Ready to Learn and Play framework is designed to teach parents and caregivers:

how to understand their own sensory regulation abilities in order to facilitate overall basic understanding of sensory integration theory
how to identify the "clues" to their children’s sensory processing patterns
how to assist their children in recognizing their individualized sensory based needs
how to utilize this unlocked knowledge to create routines that include helpful sensory regulation strategies that support successful participation in daily living

The Ready to Learn and Play framework includes coaching and training principles to assist educators on:

how to create sensory friendly classrooms that work to improve the focus and attention levels of their students
how to reinforce learned sensory regulation concepts to facilitate academic success
how to help their students generalize sensory strategies to different locations throughout the school environment
how to help their students generalize sensory strategies with different individuals, peers and instructors, throughout their day
how to empower their students to use sensory regulation knowledge as a tool for positive participation in all aspects of the academic setting
